In Like a Lion
"In like a lion ..." applies perfectly to both the beginning of March and ramp-up to the fifth annual LOGIN Conference. We're more excited than ever by the possibilities of this year's conference. It's easy to throw out hyperbole and superlatives, of course, so let's share a few of the facts: Proven Speakers: Each year at LOGIN, we bring you sessions from the best and the brightest in the online game industry. The LOGIN Conference has an embarrassment of riches when it comes to experienced speakers. Our past keynote speakers have included Herb Sutter, software architect at Microsoft; Jesse Schell, professor of entertainment technology at Carnegie Mellon University; Hugo Award-winning author Charlie Stross; Louis Castle, founder of Westwood Studios; and Erik Bethke, now GM of Zynga. You can count on LOGIN to provide bold and innovative speakers that will stimulate and challenge you long after the conference. Growing Networking Opportunities: You've most likely heard about our networking breakfasts and evening mixers, but we're not stopping there. We'll be offering a new business lounge this year that will be available for ad hoc meetings and presentations. When it comes to networking, we mean business, and we love hearing stories of deals being made at LOGIN. Location, Location, Location: The Pacific Northwest is not only one of the fastest growing cities for gaming development in the world, but the area is already home to major game development and publisher names we know about in our daily business and leisure time. Nintendo, Microsoft, Valve, Bungie, Big Fish Games, Wizards of the Coast, Arena Net, and many others. LOGIN is perfectly situated in downtown Bellevue to provide ready access for local attendees and incredible opportunities for out-of-town attendees to meet with local companies.
We've got a couple of months to surprise you with more news — we'll be announcing our first round of speakers, incredible keynotes, and a special new conference program that you'll find useful and compelling. The only way to be the first in-the-know is to watch your inbox for the next issue of LOGIN Beat.
